By accessing or using Smart Depart ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Smart Depart provides predictive departure recommendations using historical traffic data, real-time traffic conditions, and external signals (weather, events).
All outputs are algorithmic predictions. Results are probabilistic, not guaranteed.
"Leave now" and similar alerts are automated. We are not responsible for missed appointments, delays, or user decisions.
You are fully responsible for your travel decisions and timing.
You may not reverse engineer the system, scrape data, or misuse the platform.
By using the Service, you grant Smart Depart a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to collect, aggregate, anonymize, and commercially exploit usage data — including but not limited to route searches, departure windows, origin/destination coordinates, and congestion patterns — in anonymized and aggregated form.
This data may be used to improve the Service, develop new products, and be licensed to third parties for urban planning, transportation analysis, and related purposes. No personally identifiable information will be included in any data made available to third parties.
The Service integrates with Google Maps and Google Cloud Platform services.
Smart Depart and MORSE CO INC are not liable for travel delays, financial loss, or indirect damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
