Data is used to predict departure times, send alerts, and improve models.
All usage data is anonymized using salted cryptographic hashing (SHA-256). Session identifiers are hashed before storage — no personally identifiable information (names, emails, or accounts) is stored. Raw session IDs are never persisted.
All recommendations are generated algorithmically without human review.
We do not sell personal data. Anonymized and aggregated datasets — containing no personally identifiable information — may be licensed to third parties for urban planning, transportation analysis, and related purposes, as described in Section 7 of the Terms of Service.
Data is shared with Google Maps and infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the Service.
Route search data is retained indefinitely in anonymized form to support long-term traffic pattern analysis. Backup exports are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of data associated with your sessions at any time.
You may disable tracking, request deletion of your data, or request access to data associated with your sessions by contacting us.
